چکیده
Purpose: A single case study was performed carried to understand the benefit of constraint movement therapy and neural mobilization technique on upper extremity function in spastic hemiplegic patient. Design/Methodology/Approach: Numerous advanced researches have been done throughout world various designs including systematic reviews randomized control trials analyse significance induced or patients. But there were very limited research publications combined effect both improvement function. In this intervention constrained given patient measure form functional arm reach distance affected extremity. Data recorded, kept for analysis reported. The respondent encountered with left side hemiplegia Finding/Result: This shown significant outcome modified ashworth scale grades after 24 weeks. Originality/Value: Constrained Induced Movement Therapy improving hand functions stroke treatment. Paper Type: Case Study Research

Objectives: Hemiplegia is a non-progressive damage in premature growing brain which causes movement disorders in one side of the body. The objective of present research is to study the method of modified constraints induced movement therapy (CIMT) which can be appropriate on unimanual and bimanual functions of children with Hemiplegia. Methods: This single-blinded, randomized, control trial ...

Objectives: Stroke, is one of the major causes of disability in adults. So, the patient may prefer to use the non-involved limb to perfom selfcare & named this phenomen learned non used. Constraint induced therapy is one of the rehabilitative interventions that can be effective in restoration of the function of the involved limb in some hemiparetic post stroke patients. purpose of this study wa...
